You will need:
1/4 cup milk
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 pounds steak, cut into bite size pieces
Season beef with your favorite seasonings or skip the seasoning and use dipping sauces like
Ranch, Steak Sauce, Honey Mustard, Ketchup.
Cut the beef into bite size pieces.
In a bowl, beat together the egg and milk.
In a second bowl, mix the flour.
Dip the steak pieces in the egg mixture then roll in flour.
Repeat. Dip floured covered back into egg mixture and roll into flour again.
Heat a few tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet.
Remove from oil when browned on both sides. Serve with dipping sauce.
