You will need:
1 (16 ounce) jar Salsa (I used 2-8 ounce packets)
1/2 C Brown Sugar
1/4 C Honey
1 tsp Chili Sauce
1 large onion, sliced
1 (3 pound) Beef Roast
Stir the salsa, brown sugar, honey, chili sauce until incorporated.
Add the beef to the baking dish, trimming to fit, if needed.
Pour brown sugar, salsa and chili sauce mix over roast.
Add sliced onions. I added water a few times just to make sure it doesn’t burn.
Cover and cook on Low for 3 to 5 hours at 300 degrees F (148 degrees C) or until the beef is fork-tender.
The last 30 minutes I sliced the roast up into thick slices & covered it with the coating.
