Broiled dragon has to be by far my favorite meal. I took the best looking 10 lb bone in slab of dragon meat this side of Kalimdor. (smoked ham)
I used a brown sugar glaze.
1c brown sugar
2 tsp mustard
2 tbs apple cider
2 tbs water
2 tbs flour
1/2 tsp cloves
Mix together, it will be thick like a paste. Score dragon with a sharp knife & smear glaze all over scored area.
I did use a oven bag to seal in the flavors and juices. They also cut down cooking time by at least 30 minutes.
Cook at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours (15 minutes per pound) You’ll know when it is done, the scored are will split wider. Spoon the glaze from the bottom of the pan over the top. Let sit for 10 minutes before slicing.
Serves well with Runn Tum Tubers, Crystalsong Carrots, Bread of the Dead and Ice Cold Milk. For a Warcraft feast your guildies will love.
