Eggs and Onions Recipe: A Hobbit breakfast

Save some room for second breakfast, it’s going to be delicious.

You will need:
1/2 cup Diced Onion
4 Eggs
Tab of Butter
Bacon and/or Small Sausages (Optional)

Add tab of butter to a pan on medium heat.
Dice up 1/2 cup onion and add to pan once butter has melted.

Saute onions until brown.

Crack eggs into a bowl and stir with a whisk or a fork to scramble.
Add eggs to cooked onions and mix.

This recipe is for 2 people.
I served with home fried potatoes and whole wheat toast.
With this much food you won’t need second breakfast.
