The “au Gratin” in Crocolisk Au Gratin means “with cheese” and who doesn’t like cheese? You would be helping the herbalists out by killing those crocolisk in Uldum too. I bet you could trade this dish for some whiptail.

I sliced up two large potatoes.
Put 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of olive oil in a pan and heat.
I added in a slice of onions. Not to many, just enough to flavor it. Add any seasoning that you like to the meat. Saute until onions are tender and meat in browned. If you are fresh out of crocolisk meat, ham works well too:)
Cut it up into bite size pieces.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes. Just until potatoes are tender and cheese is melted.
