Runn Tum Tuber Surprise

Posted on Updated on

My main toon on Anvilmar has 99% of all the cooking recipes. (I cannot learn the rogue’s Thistle Tea because I am a druid)  Searching for Runn Tum Tuber in Dire Maul was an adventure. It dropped off of the little imp you followed around, Pusillin.

When I found this recipe for a tuber, I knew I had to bring it to life.

2 white potatoes sliced longways.

Use butter or olive oil on the bottom of a baking dish. Place sliced tubers flat side down. Brush oil lightly over tops of potatoes.
Season with garlic, onion, sea salt, cayenne pepper and cumin.
Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees F. (190 degrees C)

It reminds me of a twice baked potato is taste and appearance. Add a spoonful of sour cream or slice of cheese.

Yum!

I had to substitute the cumin and cayenne for paprika and splash of hot sauce. It smells heavenly. I can't wait to eat this meal It can't cook fast enough. 😀

I made these up, but it took about 45 minutes for the potato to cook all the way through. They were super tasty though. I looooved them.
