You will need:
2 cups (240g) whole-wheat flour (I did substitute with all-purpose flour.)
1 tbsp (15 ml) baking powder
1 cup (90g) oatmeal
1 cup (120g) peanut butter (chunky or smooth)
1 cup (240 ml) milk
Preheat oven to 375’F. (190 degrees C)
In another bowl, mix peanut butter and milk.
Place dough on a lightly floured surface and knead. roll into balls and flatten.
Bake for 20 minutes on a greased (I used a baking mat) baking sheet until lightly brown.
Cool on a rack, then store in an airtight container.
Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
